Car shipping FAQ

Orlando car shipping, answered

Straight answers about pricing, timing, and how door-to-door car shipping works in Orlando and Central Florida.

How much does it cost to ship a car to or from Orlando?

Price depends mainly on distance, the size of your vehicle, open or enclosed transport, and the time of year. Florida routes get busier during the snowbird seasons, when many drivers head south in the fall and north in the spring. The quickest way to get a real number is a free quote for your exact route.

How do I get a quote?

Fill out the quote form with your pickup and delivery locations, vehicle, and preferred dates, or call (407) 794-8185. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.

Do I have to pay anything upfront?

No. There is $0 upfront to get a quote or to get your car on the schedule.

Will flexible dates get me a better price?

Usually, yes. A wider pickup window makes it easier to fit your car onto a truck already running your route, which tends to lower the price. If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you request your quote.

What does door-to-door mean?

We pick your car up at your address and deliver it to the address you choose. If a street is too narrow or restricted for a large truck, the driver will meet you at the closest safe spot nearby, such as a nearby parking lot.

Open or enclosed transport: which do I need?

Open transport is the most common and most affordable choice for everyday cars. Enclosed transport keeps the vehicle covered from road weather and debris, and is popular for classic, luxury and low-clearance cars. Both are available.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on distance, your pickup window and the route. We will give you an estimated pickup window and transit time with your quote, and keep you posted along the way.

Do you serve areas outside Orlando?

Yes. We serve Orlando and Central Florida, including Kissimmee, Winter Park, Lake Nona, Winter Garden, Clermont, Sanford, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs and Oviedo, and we ship to and from destinations across the lower 48 states.

How should I prepare my car?

Remove personal items and toll transponders, leave about a quarter tank of fuel or less, and note or photograph any existing scratches or dents. Have the keys ready for the driver at pickup.

What about insurance and coverage?

Ask about coverage when you get your quote. We will explain what applies to your shipment before you book, so there are no surprises.

Still have a question?

Call the Orlando team or send your route through the quote form. Flexible dates usually mean a better price.
